Crocheting

Jon trying a spot of crocheting this weekend. Not sure he understood anything of what he was doing but he managed to make the inside circle of one of the squares for the blanket.

Don't think he was too happy about this photo...the amount of photos he takes of me and I have to force one out of him... ppffft

Suprise Meal

Being the romantic that I am I decided to surprise my boyfriend with a 3 course meal this weekend. Neither of us has much money at the moment so I turned our usual home cooking into our own secret restaurant complete with menu and candles :D

 First Course...Pepperoni naan pizza

Main course....Sweet and sour chicken stir fry with mixed vegetables

 Dessert...Homemade browines and whipped cream

The only bad thing about cooking for your own private restaurant is that your left with a mountain of washing up...Thank good for the dishwasher :D

More Robots?

Robot keyrings on the way to being made....Thank God for the heat press at University, this would of taken hours to iron.

Mollies Makes

I have found the most amazing magazine. If I only had enough money for a subscription. I have decided on a new project for myself....a very big project to be infact. I plan to make a crochet blanket, after I learn how to crochet again, I vaguely remember crocheting when I was little.

 Now here is the yarn I am going ot use. Its Rowan wool, 4ply.

Still need a couple more colours to make it a cool blanket but I'll get them later

Valentines

As valentines day draws to a close I feel I have to share this with you all...just to show you how stupid I actually am.

Even though I enjoy valentines day it annoys me that social networking sites are flooded with what everyone got, so for this I appolgise. My present was a new owl neckalce (see below) as I did recieve one for my birthday last year which was lovely and I wore it a lot...for a month until I lost it :(

Receiving this lovely necklace made me determined to find the one I lost. I don't even think my boyfriend was half way home before I found this beauty (see below) hiding in a pocket of my suitcase.

So now I have 2 lovely necklaces to wear :D

So yeah I'm just that stupid to look in the same place a hundred times before I find what I know if in there

Hope everyone had a brilliant day filled with roses chocolates and expensive dinners out

Robots Robots and more Robots

Over the last few weeks I have spent many hours picking out these beauties. Hopefully I wont need to do this again for a while...although if people want to buy the keyrings and bunting they will make I will be happy to bash out a few more. Maybe a few more colours will be available in the future too.

So as you can see I am a How I met your mother fan, totally love that show, and I also have a stange sense of humour. The second card is one my boyfriend should give to me cos I never stop bugging him. Poor Guy
